Mr Jamahl Simmons

Jamahl Simmons was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is currently serving a 25-year sentence at the Tucson Federal Prison Camp, where he has spent the last 12 years dedicated to rebuilding his life through discipline, learning, and self-reflection.

Before incarceration, Jamahl was an entrepreneur with a real estate business, a production company in Los Angeles, and a smoke shop in Philadelphia. In prison, he committed himself to self-development through daily exercise, meditation, education, and service to others.

He is fluent in Spanish and actively studying Arabic and French. Through the highs and lows of his journey, Jamahl has discovered a deep inner peace and now shares his insights through several self-development books.
